I've found for me to be successful it is better to "question everything".
And always, always use stops.
They can interfere. They can't can't control, at least not much or not for very long. Market forces always take precedent in the end. The biggest fish in the sea, if they get too big, learn that lesson
Master Pu can't help himself following an index with Industrials in its name thinking it is the market. He's so last century, make that last century .... before the last century. :)

I like to short as much as .... some other traders :) but ES is up 55 pts from the open, it's crazy to think short, especially late in the day. Just sayin'.
China dramatically loosening Covid restrictions means they are seriously concerned about their growth prospects next 6-12 months - so commodities, almost across the board not just oil, are down.
IMO long is likely wrong.
