My short trigger on that trade was to enter right after sellers caused price to retrace the entire body of the previous 5-min bar. I entered at 11:29am when that occurred.

Thanks. It was in my sim account but when I went to put on the trade, I almost did it in my live account (they're right next to each other). There's a mistake I wish I made!

The second blue BUY box (from the left) is tricky. When that bar was in progress it eclipsed the previous bar to the upside and probably sucked in a lot of longs. But if you waited for the entire bar to complete, it was a very indecisive bar with wicks on both ends and I would wait for further...

Yes. They are all in price zones where I would trade long/short based on the way I trade. I sim traded short right where your 2nd yellow box is and shook myself out for hardly any profit. Why??? I don't know. It was a fantastic short setup and price would be expected to test previous support...

Looking at the chart at 11:15, you ought to wait for price to pull back before going long. It just had a major run up from a gap up, so there will be some profit taking. Wait for price to become fully oversold (around 12:15). Or set a buy stop to go long on a break through the 56.39 high...
