    My 2 cents: You need to call regulators for clarification/ advice, as there might be a case potentially, imo, becuase allowing him to trade for you was based on what he told you that he will make so much money. Please note: I'm not a legal guy at all.

    Have you actually signed a LPoA by loging it with the broker for paying him the profit bonus through the broker? Otherwise how could he ensure you will pay him after making profits?

    Personally I wouldn't think his recovering of 90% the original capital is that easy as he expects for now, according to the existing market conditions. Furthermore, the worst scenario (incuding margin call) seems unknown to us.
