I was long 1200 shares earlier this week, sold 900 too early yesterday, bought some premkt today and sold most all inverses this afternoon to book profits. I'm mostly cash, will rebuy inverses tomorrow if they go up again :D

Exactly... if I'd followed my mechanical rules re lod stop vs early discretionary exit I'd be up well over an extra 1k today. Good point

Sold most overnight inverse holds into premkt gap and in-market early as they corrected, good day. Holding a few k worth overnight, UVXY held up best. Mostly cash.

Interesting re copper and other trading strategies, I like FCX and steel X CLF at new highs. I'm in SQQQ SOXS UVXY etc

I'm not bearish on the index. I'm bullish on sectors going up, which currently include commodities like lumber, and metals FCX X SLV GDX.

I think steel copper lumber X FCX WOOD infrastructure plays and reopening YUM Darden restaurants, casinos CZR MGM etc may be good at aths..... surprised cannabis stocks CGC ACB TLRY etc are lagging Eventually tech fang comes back

Not that I'm aware of..... I will scale into these plus metals FCX SLV HL CLF X on strength, I'm bullish commodities on infrastructure spending. I wasn't aware of lumber ETFs myself until one of my chatroom traders mentioned them to me a couple of weeks ago, they look great
