It was a foreseeable result of providing cops with riot gear, assault weapons, and armored vehicles, giving them a pass on killing unarmed civilians, encouraging the public to buy guns for every man, woman, and child, open carry laws, etc, etc, etc. Expecting the poor, the disabled, the elderly...
