Highs are getting lower. So far, there is no breakout from the descending trend line. A straight ruler is such a simple powerful tool.

I bought it for a few hundred dollars a few decades ago. It was/is a famous book. Unfortunately, I wouldn't classify it as a great book for traders. It is probably great for the publisher/author.
