After receiving the PDT status reset on the account, you should be able to initiate a new position trade on Tuesday Oct. 16, 2012 and the other account i'm trying to figure out when it comes off..

looks like i will be around for the close today!... all but my TOS account is locked up on PDT... two accounts will be released from PDT.. but it takes five business days..

ummm... why.. you just have to disclose everything?.. you have your series 7 and are with a broker? i thought you could there was just alot of tape... most brokerages you lose tons of edge because of commissions.. its already hard enough to deal with the wide bid/ask spread of the three legs...
