The issues my clients have had with Velocity in the past at least is logging into more than one exchange at a time with a TT license. And spread traders need all kinds of exchange product access - multiple electronic market access on a simultaneous basis is our lifeblood.

You are spot on. I mentioned it as a target. I cannot call tops or bottoms, and quite frankly most of us are fortunate that it is not a requirement to be a successful trader.

Does it really matter ? If your strategy is that thin in terms of margin and slippage, then why not just lease a seat and pay member rates... That's where the savings is quite frankly. And I have heard nothing but dread from retail punters cutting someone's throat for a nickel or so.
