    there can be edge if by taking the event and straddling it on the calender with a long calender spread.. but your basically short gamma and you are very exposed to any price action outside of a range.. its very nonlinear... and its just not that simple either..you can put your calender on atm...

    HDD drive will be your bottleneck.. i stopped using them as a primary drive practically right when SSD's became even slightly affordable.. you obviously need a little education if you don't think its worth it.. with your statement comparing the two..

    umm hm... well the expiration right after earnings will be the best way to take a directional stance in options.. as they won't decay... you can calender otm.. call spread or just out right buy calls in this all day long and the premium will hold up because of the earnings will hold up the...
