Well, ImO MACD histogram points to direction, not pennant itself as continuation. on 10 min chart there are 3 declining histogram peaks (failure swings)

Pennant still valid, 10 minute still bearish, getting close towards apex.

Guys, look at last 2 month's growth in Hang Seng, phenominal! Now it has a divergence on daily (H&S) and is set to lose near 20%, that can happen pretty quickly considering the time it took to get there. Let's just blame the Chinese :)

What is the most likely outcome when you see a fully grown Grizzli right next to you? I'd say you'd crap yourself almost instantly. No crap, no bear. Where is the hysteria in the markets? We do have increased vola, but that is to be expected whenever price either re-tests all time...

Atticus & others of course, what is your view on pennant formations? I have been noticing that a pennant's resolution is often seen in either declining or rising histogram near the apex of pennant, basic stuff I know. Does anyone trade pennants?
