Guys, one more time, the purpose of this thread is to talk about my original question. It is not about how conservative or liberal our court is.

Once again, I am curious if anyone knows of anything they can do to block nomenee based on current rules. Where did I say anything about changing Constitution?

First of all, I am not them. I am very well aware of reality and wish Trump all the best. I truly hope he will do great things, and he has the tools to get them done. This thread is specifically about what democrats will/can do to block nominee. I personally do not see any options for them.

Given the fact that GOP did not even bother to vote on Merrick Garland, what tools do you think Democrats will/can deploy to block Trump's nominee. They can not filibuster indefinitely.

Lying and having a bias on TV is a "bit" easier then vote rigging presidential election. Why you just can not admit, that there is no vote rigging on any meaningful level. And if you truly believe that there is, then you should ask yourself what if the votes were rigged in Trump favor.

There is not voter fraud on large scale. Some dead people, some stupid mix up (actually happened to me), but there is currently no voter fraud on a level where a candidate wins, but ends up loosing due to fraud. If you truly believe it, I pity you.
