    The landlord has obligations just as the tenant does as well. I'm shocked that some here Believe its okay for these billion dollar corporations to skimp on paying their rent.... probably most here are for student loan forgiveness as well!!!!!!

    Well when you sell bland clothing and have a ton of competition, then its their fault foot traffic was down. Gap is totally overpriced bland boring clothing anyways. This company made it big back in the day but styles don't stay the same forever.

    Where when you sign a lease does it say that if you cant let people in you don't pay rent? Does that mean since retailers aren't going to pay their rent that the landlords then shouldn't pay the taxes....

    Its been nothing but those names holding up the markets. Amazon simply needs to be up 2-3% a day to out the nasdaq green ...just that one stock moves the entire nasdaq. With a little help from MSFT, GOOG, and AAPL. Just move those up and everything follows.
