There may be some initial volatility starting right after 2, in 20 minutes or so, followed by main volatility at 2:30. Remember there's always a three wave response, the initial response, then a counter-trend move, then the major move starts usually around 3 p.m. Good hunting :D

Also it's a smart idea to use one triggers the other conditional orders so that once you get a fill, you automatically have a trailing or hard stop in place

Right re size, it's a function of the number of shares, the stop-loss value which adds up to be the maximum risk for trade you're willing to take. For example when i'm doing a 700 share trade I use ten cent stop, when I'm doing a 200share it's .40 cent stop

Thanks, the two things that work best are simply to leave the room with the computer in it to take frequent breaks, and also to trade smaller size anytime between 11 and 3
