You need to look at the bigger picture first. BABA started to go down in Nov 2020 (due to some Chinese regulations things). BABA peak was 318. now it is at 102. from Nov 2020 to now, there were many many opportunities to short it. Now it is not a good idea to short it. Timing is very important.
