And actually trading is much much much better than the lottery, and even poker : the trader has more "effects", "control" on the outcome. :D I am really glad I went the trader's route as a strategy to reach my goal, than the poker player route.

I have to say that reflecting on the psychology really fired me up : I can see how well I can do :D. Obviously the work now is to deal with the bad side. But this exercise really highlighted aspects of my psychology I never really thought about.

Interesting. Actually, I am now really enjoying trading even more. The "technical" side now looked like a picnic compared to the psychology/"spirituality". But the psychology just makes me realise how much I can do that I never realised. :)

the book is very painful to read. I guess it forces me to see the benefits of extreme clarity and simplification.

I am amazed at the attention to details : but 3675 quantity or buy at $36.75 price for instance. I guess after employees picked up the orders to be executed from the pink sheet, they had to check details so as to make sure they executed exactly what the customer wanted.
