Thanks pal, I thought you would draw a diagonal one, I see. BTW when you say countertrend, I don't see a definite trend, looks more like a spiky attempt to take out pivot and failure at R1. Please clarify, thanks.

I am tracking histogram and it looks pretty good, declining, plus R1 so far held almost 4 times, now 1 minute is looking weaker. Anyway, short, and thanks for having a look.

DAX's 5 min chart looks toped to me Apex, have a look.

MA crossovers offer too many whipsaws ImE, it's a lagging indicator and makes sense only when wide stops are being used ie swing trading or position.

Point taken, but I was trying to make a point about volatility.

1 min chart suggests that another upward thrust is possible towards the pivot, if it does it will create a 3rd peak on 1 min's histogram, so I would reverse and go short there. Actually it started having a go at lower trend line as I was typing, still long 3rd lot. But histogram is closing...
