    Multiple time frames....bad for me?

I agree, almost 99% of everything in trading is relative to personal experiences whether they are positive or negative. So opinions would be based on that. TY!

exactly, if financials can behave, trouble is we don't know the extent of losses that they are sitting on, monthly chart is just plain bearish (so are weekly & daily), we are sitting on a verge of a possible major breakdown.

ahh that's different, I just went by what you said about win/loss. Obviously you were referring to losses based on trailed stops, not initial stops. Cool, TY!

If you get stopped for +120, then 3 losses would wipe out your gain on this trade, theoretically of course "I could have a very low win percentage and still come out well ahead" If one was to implement a win/loss ratio of 1:5 using 1:2.6 r/r, then he would not be profitable ImPO After...

So that would make it ~1:2.6 risk/reward, correct? That's like 5p gain using 2 point stop. WTG, but ImPO it's not great, even though 120p might seem like a lot to some I wish you get more gain out of this one

Bernanke on in 2 min, home sales in 2hrs Pekelo, do you think today has a better chance of being an ADU? Hourly histogram is pointing to upside 1248 zone unpopular so far That's the beauty of money management, keep shorting 1248 zone with a ~2 point stop & expect ~10p gain, 5 losses=1...

    Multiple time frames....bad for me?

You say you don't use indicators, fine. But an indicator that I use has SPX monthly as bearish, weekly as bearish, daily as bearish. Secondly, whatever time frame you choose, say signal is derived from 15m chart ImPO you still need your 5m & lower time frames to seek better entries. And I...

    Urgent Message From Rennick

That bearish TL on 15 was respected with precision. Opportunities are there, understanding range & sensible money management are 2 key components. TY Rennick!

    Urgent Message From Rennick

Sometimes it's a trend, sometimes it's mean reversion, take a pick & use a sensible stop based on a sensible target projection & nothing else matters. Is that right Rennick? :)

I am guessing here of course, but looking at YM daily, perhaps what I dreamed of was to happen after we have a bounce, then YM nosedives towards current lows & gets scooped up to put in a DB. Daily histogram kind of suggests that as a possibility :)

That's not it I am telling you, what I saw was a huge nosedive, this ain't it :)
