Possible long setting up with divergence on the recent price move down and fast macd, ZLC now could trigger a long...IMHO 10:27 EST post :D

Questionable short this morning for a huge (multi-points if you held) win on the fast MACD ZLC, problem is no good divergence before the move down so was questionable to take it or not, IMHO. :D

Was such a perfect set-up I figured I would post a chart :D

That was a magic short to end the day, perfect fast MACD divergance then fast MACD sliced through the zero line and gave a nice 1.50 profit on the ZLC after divergence all off the fast MACD. Superb :D Just gotta trust the signals as I was almost sure a gap fill was coming....:D

Excellent Donkee, appreciate the feedback, needless to say if one can produce a consistent $1,000 per week (net after commish and fees) per contract they should be very happy, I think you achieved about $2,500 net on 4 days but I would like to assume that was exceptional results and will not be...

That was a full winner.....only full winners I see today are both off the SLOW macd one ZLC trade morning and this last ZLR, this makes logical sense as the chop would affect the fast MACD more obviously :D

That just reversed into a long ....yup some serious chop today, long was fast macd divergence and then ZLC and slow macd ZLR...fwiw

You seeing a short here at 769 2:14 EST bar ? based off of divergence on fast macd and then ZLC ?

Some serious chop out there right now if using the fast MACD, better to just wait till after 1pm EST I assume.

Was the 766.1 short based off the fast MACD crossing back down through the zero line ? I didn't see any form of divergence before the cross back down but I guess a move up through and then right back down through is like a fake breakout / fake ZLC move so play can be reversed ? Thanks :D

Hi Donkee, I appreciate the reply but IMHO the very word 'divergence' means something is going one way and something is going in the opposite direction.....so in theory price should be going one way (ie: higher high) and MACD should be going another way (ie: lower high). Of course there is no...

Donkee, I don't see the divergence on trade #3 you posted. I see a higher low on price and higher low on MACD ? Please clarify and thank you for an excellent post. What time zones are you finding so far to stay away from ? Cheers :D
