Hi is this some form of chart pattern (I am being serious), like two bars even, middle bar spike, followed by two more even bars that leads to some form of predictable price action ? Again, I am being serious. Cheers :D

Thanks for the reply Jack; however, as I stated earlier this seems waaaayyy to complicated to me, I got totally lost in your reply :D I like the KISS method of trading. I will always keep my eye on these channels and FTT's etc and see if they ever begin to make sense to me. Cheers :D

Thanks for the reply :D So if you have a FTT and then it fails to break trend line is confirmed as strong and should last longer ? Cheers

Hi, Been looking at these trendlines and FTT's recently but looks so darn complicated. Thoughts on why this trendline didn't break after the FFT ? Cheers :D

Hi, Yes this is an option and I did look at the line charts (which is essentially the same thing) but I just seem to see better via the candles without wicks :D

Me again, Yes I trade intraday. I have only been looking at this for a couple of hours but I must admit the support and resistance intraday from candle bodies only seems to have some value.....how much value is yet to be seen :D Have a look for yourself, play around with some support...

Hi all, I trade futures off of price only (no indicators, no ma's, no stochs, no nada not even volume). In my quest to 'master' price reading I was wondering if anyone here makes the wicks on their candles the same colour as the back ground of their charts so that basically their chart only...

Thanks Spydertrader, Interesting stuff, I have looked at the FTT stuff before, to be honest the chart and how to see them looks like a journey of about 2 years worth of work and it's pretty hard to go that route when one doesn't even know what the final verdict will be or if it will even help...

Thank you for the posts Trader KGB :D Sponger, I am with you, IMHO after many years of seeming to look at every indicator, strategy, etc etc possible out there, I believe now that to be able to look at a pure price chart and 'see' the action will enable one to trade any market, on any time...

Thank you for the response Murray, I have pulled up a daily chart for ES looked back for 5 - 6 months as well as Feb and March of this year and also last 5 - 6 days and I can't see what you are trying to show. Can you perhaps define 'convergence' ? Cheers :D

Thank you for the replies :D Not sure what your setup is showing risky and there is a lot of indicators on there :D Was hoping to keep this on price action setups only....even the 20ma nkhoi I would prefer not to see on there :D Do you really need it, couldn't you just watch the price action...
