i will join your group as in the past i found an Indian trading group to be very polite and courteous..which is not that common in today's world.. i will only be discussing the trading of the MES..but i have some good experiences that others with an interest might find beneficial..

at the moment it is very hard to trade..i have just put back my 4K monitor as i need to see the bigger picture at all times..as in 2 days at least..i can quickly change the bigger timeframes..unfortunately it looks like a 10 point stop is now a minimum..and even at that your entries have to be...

it all depends on your risk tolerance..i am currently trying to get a working setup for very short term trading..as in several minutes..not seconds like the auto traders.. it is not easy..i have ditched my 4k monitor as it was not helping me..and have gone back to 2 x 24" dell monitors with...

this time it worked fine as i was able to move price down from 4686.50 to 4685 quickly..

oh well..was on my mobile when the pop happened..then i rushed to use the keyboard shortcuts and fumbled..meaning to move up i opened some silly box and was then filled..that is what happens when you mess about when trading..but i was looking up something in relation to my charting setup..so not...

not a good start today..but no real panic as after the open it looked like we might run up a bit..so far so good :)

i have been testing Motivewave and much more configurable than TWS..however..i have been unable to find a way to move a working limit order with the keyboard shortcuts..without having to hit the enter button..not good..as the order needs to move as soon as you press the assigned key...
