I don't know why you should quote such a think, but I am not a liar and I don't understand why you think I could be proud of those trades when everyone without basic knoledge of trading and TA could be able to do the same.

I usually look the the previous evening and the pre-market activity to pick my choices. Generally I look at fundamentals that could influence positively the stock and wait to see if technicals speak right to me little soon after the open. Nice charts btw. :)

maybe it's all down to the fact that traders got too excited about an ensuing rally on MSFT and now they realise they pushed the priced to overvaluation and therefore they sell. And many of those writing options may own the underlying anyways and wanted to protect the high prices MSFT reached...

Why don't you try to hang around the most actives, ( not the popular ones ). And within the actives the bigger movers. Plenty of liquidity there, and I suppose if you trade nasdaq you are after movement. You can trade a different stock every day: no bad for diversification.
