This could be possible if you're using ARCA because ARCA bids/offers are posted thru PSE(Pacific Exchange). It could also be a trader using ARCA with some sort of 'pegged' order to always have best bid/offer. Just my 2 cents, Tony

I can't think of any reason why you couldn't add additional cards. They would have to be PCI or you could get one quad card to replace your AGP card. The AGP is supposedly better but PCI is absolutely fine. I have an ATI Xpert 128 16mb on each of my monitors but I'm sure there are better...

Try exiting only half your position when you get the urge, then re-enter at better price on those shares. This way, if the stock doesn't retrace, you still have half your position to ride the move further. This is a simple strategy I use whenever I get that uncontrollable urge to exit...

I agree. Win98 sucks if you're serious about trading. I use Win2k Pro. It blows away Win98 in terms of reliability. It's never crashed on me in almost 2 years!

I'd just like to recommend the book "Bollinger on Bollinger Bands" if you're interested in learning about what they are and how to/not to use them. I think it'll answer a lot of your questions about BBs. Tony
