What is your favorite city in the United States...

Philadelphia?? If you like crime and insanely cold winters, that's a good place to live. Perhaps there are nice suburbs around there with low crime but much of the city is not where I'd live. I know someone who lives there and she complains daily about the cold winters. Look at the crime...

US City with the Best Women?

No offense, but I am not into "plump" women. Texas is one of the most overweight states. I have been to Dallas so I know. The Los Angeles metro area has the hottest women. They're fit and dress well. They're also very materialistic but this survey is just about hottness :D

    Anyone else workout in here?

I don't know what you mean by "practical". Gymmanstics isn't practical. Gymnists are strong but so small, they don't have a lot of practical strength. I doubt most of them could move several grand pianos in a day or lift 80 lbs boxes for 9 hours. WRT Strength-to-weight ratio, power lifters...

What is your favorite city in the United States...

I drove around a few times (house hunting) and there were no homeless people in the residential areas. in fact, RSF is all residential and I did not see a single homeless person. La Jolla is still my fav city, and I plan to live there in within 3 yrs.

What is your favorite city in the United States...

I like San Diego (in particular, La Jolla and Rancho Santa fe). SB is nice but too isolated and its crime index is too high for an affluent area.

    Anyone else workout in here?

Not quite. If you have 8% bf and never work out, your abs will show but they won't be "well-defined", at least not to the extent of those fitness models you see in magazines. For your abs to be well-defined you need to do ab exercises and have good genes. Also bear in mind that models you see...

    Anyone else workout in here?

umm, for anyone who reads this, I wouldn't blindly follow Matt's recommendation to take anavar for 3-4 weeks. It is an anabolic steroid and has risks such as stressing your liver, lowering your HDL and raising your LDL. If you're a woman, that much anavar will give you a mustache and do lord...

    Anyone else workout in here?

Where did you read this? I don't see how you can do body weight exercises to strengthen your legs. Your legs are already strong enough to carry your own mass.... Unless you load 250 pounds into a backpack and do squats with it, but in that case I don't consider it a bodyweight exercise anymore...

Does anyone know of a site that has the historic PE going back at least 15 years for the Naz composite or Naz100? I've only been able to find this for the SP500.

Vote now, Have your toenails ripped out or go on a date with Suze O.

It would have been more interesting if the poll had a 3rd option, Janet Reno. I would still vote toenails though.

How would you invest $85m cash from lottery win?

What gym are you going to? The one I used to go to only had 45 year-old fat women. Now I just work out at my home gym.

    cheapest options contract brokerage

I use IB now and I've considered opening an optionshouse account. The $9.95 flat commissions applies to each partial fill. If you ever place large limit orders between the bid/ask, you know that you're likely to get a partial fill. I've had a single order filled as 3-4 partials, so in that...

    Bye-bye reg T

My understanding is that not all brokers will support PMA's, and even the ones that do may not offer it for all their clients. So for accounts that are not PM'd, how will margin be computed? Same as today?
