Depends on the firm. Some will quote a set ratio (20:1 , 50:1), some will give you the BP you need regardless.

That is a decent deal indeed. But it can be improved upon, on certain variables. The improvement does depend on a trader's track record, but one could get 0.0002 and 200 monthly with a slightly better payout structure.
