I wonder about truly mechanical systems. I think many tasks can be set up for you, but actually pulling the trigger on both sides of a trade? I don't know. Could be my nature to fuss. I'm working on that, just in general, like not being a perfectionist (on household projects, for example)...

It really is easier to just give up the carbs, lose the weight, and re-introduce the carbs until you begin to put on weight again. That's basically the plan. I'm not going off for another week, and only then because I'll be on vacation. When I go hiking and camping, I usually loose weight...
