Nice one! I am trailing a short at the moment, I see 1.4 as breather zone <img src=http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=2706866>

LC, Monthly EUro can be viewed as a forming H&S, neckline long way below though

Re Will it continue down? I also see 1.4 as a rather obvious 1st target, I reckon it will slow down around there <img src=http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=2705893>

Mark, TY for replying, interesting information there. Do you not think current weekly hammer (candle) has signs of continuation considering the fact that it was formed during the ECB conference week & also the Daily price action was a classic bear flag? TY!

Current position entered trailing stage, either current Daily bar's Hi is challenged or a bull hammer, at that point position will be reversed with minimum size of £1 per pip.

but it's just paper afterall, if economy is to slip, so should USD too, temporary rise whilst stocks tumble I dig but longer term

ok, but how accurate is chart's predictability when it comes to extreme economical conditions? S&P at 200 is pretty bad for the US, so do you really expect USD to be a strong currency even though you see it in charts?

Strong USD, weak market and lots of debt? Why strong USD?

Any thoughts on EUR weekly close? Certainly looks like a bearish continuation candle. http://www.dormantrading.com/TraderTools/Quotes.htm?option=com_content&task=view&id=82&Itemid=71&page=ccharts&option=com_content&task=view&id=82&Itemid=71&sym=E6H0&type=CANDLE&data=W
