IMO all he does is look for extreme deviations and extreme oversold/bought conditions, as at those times continuation is outweighed by chances of a reversal. Nothing else. Hardly 21st century invention. The other 90% of PDs is done by PRM. That's the jist.

I see Gold at $1200, 1164 now, according to my criteria stop ought to be 1152.

2 more trades, again 1 loss & 1 win, losing trade was around 1/2 the eventual gain. Video coming up.

All down to your risk management criteria, some allow for wiggle room, others don't. If your getout zone is tight a stop loss is probably a must IMHO.
