The true cause behind Civil War was ...

Huh? I read your original post. Then I read it again. I am not sure what that post has to do with the War between the States. If your point is that the War Between the States was for economic interests, then we agree. As my Libertarian friends say, "Why can't they just leave us the f*ck...

How busy are you during the trading day?

I cannot burn myself with a candle as my hands are bloody stumps from hitting the brick wall as a form of negative feedback!:)

How busy are you during the trading day?

You may not like what I say because it hits too close to home, but if you get past the emotion, it is all true. As far as spacing out during the day, I am guilty of occasionally being distracted. I am constantly trying to reduce that amount of time. It certainly is not from playing video...

    San Diego Traders

"You know what's funny, is that so many are putting so much effort into this "snag a trader" game, when all that has to be done is help traders make money" Never a truer statement has a man uttered. Thank you Don.

You are just as bad. Working nights at UBS must be getting to you. Where are the moral lessons your mother should have taught you?

How busy are you during the trading day?

If you are playing games or making cookies or doing anything that doesn't advance your trading whether for that session or maybe something you see will help you in a week or a month, then you don't have what it takes to be a trader. You are just marking time before you have to go get a real...

    MJ, the greatest ever....

The NBA is fixed. Plain and simple. I would rather watch wrestling. At lest they admit to being fixed. The refs have too big of an impact on the game.

    Will Bush win a 2nd term ?

If you were "far to [sic] smart to place that bet" you would know that in that circumstance you spell the word as "too" not "to". Get back in your limousine.

Have a good night! I appreciate your posts. I am sure anyone who took the time to read them would understand them and appreciate them too even if they disagreed. Well almost anyone...

    tax rates and the constitution

Your last post to Max401 was classic. Attack the person not the facts or the issue. Take your faulty debating skills somewhere else. I am bored by your simple minded responses -- or non-responses. Attack me too now for it is all you can do.

    tax rates and the constitution

Regarding Mr. Gates. I am not looking for more or less bang for the buck than he gets. You keep looking at absolute dollars. In that case I will stipulate that Gates Payes way more in dollars than I do and that he gets back in dollars more than me. So what? Why do you put a moral or value...

    tax rates and the constitution

Indulge me. Regardless of your opinion that it is "foolish" to argue for a lfat tax because it is never going to happen, from a theoretical standpoint, What is wrong with a flat tax? Following your reasoning that a flat tax won't happen so why argue about it, then why are you trying to make...

    tax rates and the constitution

All I ask for is a level playing field in terms of the percentages and I will compete with anyone? What you are asking for is the field to be down hill for some of the players. If there was a flat tax, the wealthiest 90% would still pay 90% of the taxes collected. Don't you get that simple...

    tax rates and the constitution

What benefits have you pointed out? Using Rockefeller as an an example or better yet Gates, he or MSFT receives federal breaks that are not available to the individual. But I know you are smart enough to follow the logic behind why that is a benefit to the less fortunate. How many people does...

    tax rates and the constitution

Again you blurr the facts with your bad math. Max401 already pointed out your fallacy of who has the burden here. Should the people who pay be the ones who recieve as you seem to say in your last post? Then why pay? New Yorkers pay far more into the federal system than they receive back...

    Commissions!! Commissions!! Commissions!!

Make that your only post. You will go down in history as batting 1.000! Dead on accurate even though it is not what most want to hear. To post anything else under that name will tarnish the immediate legacy you have created with this one simple post.

    tax rates and the constitution

I stand corrected and agree, they should have the equal opportunity to derive the benefit not necessarily have the same benefit. The problem with people like Tampa is that they want to force equality in outcomes, not equality in opportunity.
