Thanks IBSoft. And as far as the other thing, is there any way to have the pull down only display the exchange native 5/10 ticks as before? The only option I see is to hide pennies, which does not affect the pull down box.

Why would IB charge cancel fees? I thought they are just charged to cover exchange cancellation fees, and since these are not sitting on an exchange IB does not have to worry about this. Cancellation fees only serve to discourage order submissions, which equals less commission for IB.

It appears to me that IB's system capacity is being severely strained. During yesterday's plane crash incident the order system and quote system were moving extremely slowly. I am sure that IB realizes that they lose a lot in commissions when we cannot place orders properly.

You must add an option to exclude the PSE from option smart routing: They are constantly crossing the market!

Typically the fills/cancels are (and should be) almost instanaeous. Over the past few days, the status color sometimes stays light blue/lavender for up to 20 seconds, which is unacceptable. It seems that this is only on smart routed orders that get sent to CBOE. I keep contacting them about this...
