is this endless bull market ?

I try not to be concerned with such questions, when the trend ends, it should be detected by system or trend following technique.

Have you ever thought "should I be short or long today? "

You are far better writer than I am, your post summarizes my thoughts regarding the OP to perfection. God bless you ND, you are a breath of fresh air.

Have you ever thought "should I be short or long today? "

I get what you are saying about not trading everyday, the solution for this can be the use of multiple instruments. However, regarding the rest of your comments it's clear to me your research is incomplete. Best of luck with your trading.

Have you ever thought "should I be short or long today? "

I wish it was as easy as you think it is, but in my experience, it is not. Will list a few scenarios that accentuate the weakness of your strategy. First of all, fast timeframes like the ones you listed, particularly the 2min chart, will give long and short signals most of the time, no matter...

    ES vs NQ vs YM

I like NQ because it's a good happy medium between ES and YM. Offers the swings of YM plus a great deal of the liquidity of ES without the horrendous ES 12.50 tick size.

    RM's occasional market calls...

Lesson here is we never really know 100% the outcome of a trade, so there should never be thoughts of "full leverage" or "betting the ranch type of plays", no matter how good you are, and it's obvious RM is very good. Thanks for the journal and the calls, a rare gem.

    SSD Endurance... FWIW

My experience has been different. Never had an SSD go bad, and I've had some for 5 years. However, my experience with spinners has been the opposite, forcing me to do two backups of critical data. Currently using WD RED NAS Spinners for large backups and so far no problem but I did get...

Will Tradestation 2000i load onto Windows 8?

I prefer Windows 7 to 8, but to answer your question, yes it will.

    Experience with 4TB HDDs?

Been using WD RED Nas 4gb for a few months, aside from a few DoAs, everything has been fine. Secret with back up is to make 2 not 1 and store them in different safe locations. For actually 24/7 drive usage I use Samsung SSDs not mechanical ones.

Doji, hammer or stars occur 70%+ on high/low of SP mini

I have a difference of opinion with you here and will try to explain myself as English is not my first language. The importance in candlesticks is the turn itself and not the type of formation. Whether the turn comes as a hammer or a doji or harami or a tweezer or piercing or engulfing is...

Doji, hammer or stars occur 70%+ on high/low of SP mini

In my experience, a top or bottom is a turn, but not necessarily a doji or star, there are many types of turns, this can get even more "Manipulative" if you play with the timeframe as you notice the type of turn morphing into something different, yet equally effective.

Doji, hammer or stars occur 70%+ on high/low of SP mini

I am a trader of candlesticks, but candlestick and candlestick patterns without context, in my most humble opinion, is a losing proposition.

who can see overnight orders in stocks market

If you mean GTC orders for the next day, and things like that, I assume any broker can see the orders of its own system at least without trouble.

    $50,000 turned into $1M

You would need a 20 reward vs risk trade, which is not impossible, the hard part is being right on your first and only attempt :)
