I have no way of back testing it, it's really something you would have to try for a week and see. This is the way I trade my very similar system. I'm willing to give up some big winners for steady gains...and it works. Just depends what you want from the market.

I've been short CR for a while because it hasn't had an uptick since 10am. Especially once it broke the lows there's no reason to be long. Why not implement some stops at major break points? Could have saved you a dollar on CR.

Did you hit your 3k target before the market peaked? How are you handling your trades now?

Intraday market direction has a lot to do with the success of this strategy. The ES drop in the last hour killed some good longs, but also helped some good shorts like RDWR. That's why you have to play both sides. I've flipped that TSO long, nothing but selling in that stock now.

Funny, our methods are nearly identical (using Yahoo at 10am). I have 14 charts to put up my favorite winners and losers from this list. But we differ a little in the fact that I will take these long or short, and take either direction. WFR was a great long this morning (im still long some)...

I would videotape my trading for a couple weeks and put in on dvd. Document your profitability with the system. Let everyone you care about know that the system is there for the taking for anyone that would like to try. I would also train anyone interested during my remaining time.

2/3 is pretty good. I only have around a 55% success rate but winners far outweigh losers. Usually I will trade 10-15 stocks a day, and 1-3 will be big winners. For example yesterday I caught ABFS, ANGO and WITS. With this stuff the longer you do it the better you get so keep plugging away.
