Background checks are fairly standard now, most compnaies now do it. They dont alert you that they do. It was not standard a few years ago but things have changed.

When you open a futures account, the compnay will do a background check and see you are in the financial industry in which they will require you to provide permission from your company to open the account and send dupe statements to them.

You are much better off finding a good CTA with a long track record of consistancy and low drawdowns. Most full service brokers are just middle men and rarely have the clients best interest in mind.

If you can find a prop firm with an exchange membership then its worth it because you can trade for lower exchange fees therefore lower round turn rate. Dont need it for leverage like equity prop

The Transact futures front end is an excellent platform for new traders. its very easy to use, its free, and is very reliable. There are a bunch of firms offering it

right click on screen, then click properties. Then click on the settings tab. Once that comes up, click identify, this will tell you which screen is which then just drag the monitors on the screen to the positons you want and you can adjust the size along with resolution.

Just acts slow when moving or interacting on that screen. It acts like a cheap video card. If you left a chart on that screen for view only, its fine and very clear.

I just bought this for my laptop so i can spread accross 3 screens and for the price i have been disappointed. If oyu leave something alone for view only its fine but if you want to interact on that screen it doesnt act well.
