On a mission to destroy bears? What's up with the last week then? ES closes are flat, YM and NQ closes have been cooling off. The dollar has been sinking for the last month, but no consumer inflationary pressures are evident yet... that means producers have been eating any increased...

    Who wins a currency war?

Does the US really have gold reserves? Senator Ron Paul has been asking for someone to show him audit logs (last audit was in the 1950s), and nobody will come up with proof that it's really at Ft Knox. If it was there, you would think it wouldn't be too hard to produce some form of proof.

Barchart.com DDF data seriously broker this morning

Hi, I use SierraChart with Barchart's DDF offering (http://www.ddfplus.com/). Ever since about 1am ET on 1 Oct 2010, their data feed has been using incorrect timestamp formats. Is anyone else having this problem? Any thoughts about another data vendor that offers 24x7 support for their feed?

Honestly, I eyeballed that one, I had a finger on the close all positions hot button in case it got ugly. Whenever volente starts talking DEMTDAYBOYZ, I get nervous holding a short. Those jokers have burned me too many times :p

    Futures charting software

SierraChart... they rock, and if you use IB (admittedly a somewhat crappy feed), you're paying ~$25/month for software licensing. I use barchart.com 'cause it's worth the extra $60/month so I can have a more reliable data feed.
