I'm a little surprised that based off of this information you're so quick to go long AMZN and short NFLX. I'd say there's a good chance that you'll do ok here, but NFLX is no tamed beast, and it doesn't do what it's told. I'd have a stop set up.

^well... in that scenario... those companies wouldn't make any money. It's a lose-lose. NFLX has built something similar to Amazon.com in a low-cost, high profit-margin business that is strongly protected from competitiors. The company is worth way more than $10billion.

I think NFLX is similar to AMZN, and it demands similar valuation- so I don't think it's overvalued. I bought at 99, sold at 110. Bought again at 150- think I'll hold.

Bascially- people who own government agency bonds- either FRM, FNM, or GNMA, etc... Who should really care is the US. Government, they're backing the agencies that are ensuring that mortgage- so they pick up the bill for any loss the bank sees. But of course they don't care.
