ATP has been very sluggish after the latest upgrade, ver. 9.2. I've emailed Fidelity, maybe letting those that want to go back to the prior version, do so... Don't expect this to happen, but...maybe...;)

I agree, calling is better! I sure will follow up with calls if this gets further traction. Sen. Schumer is a key player! Let's hope he stays on our side.

Have you all tried to contact your reps in Washington? I have emailed mine, including Sen. Schumer. I did so in the winter/spring 2009 when this tax was first mentioned. Got replies, that basically said, "thanks, we'll consider your side of the story"... Emailed Sen. Schumer again sometime...

Have used and continue to use TradeLog...Some updates, but no problems whatsoever... Any questions have been answered promptly, especially the Fidelity extra screen for the sign-in using BrokerConnect... Great program!

QuoteTracker can display just about anything, including tick-charts... It'll depend on your feed, believe IB can display tick...(but have not used IB). Also, QT can be had for free with some ads, or $60-70/year without ads... Happy QT user for several years...

Search TraderStatus here, or Google it. You might need TS to get around last years gains... Contact a tax lawyer/CPA....and a couple of links. You should be able to get an extension, April 15th is coming up soon (or this year it might be the 16th or 17th.) Have not used their services...
