This is how I got my house last year. Then last month I was able to combine the loans with a refi (love these rates!).
The bank was a bit critical of my income, but they did accept the stated income route.
You really don't know what you're talking about. Those are old rates you are quoting. EVERYBODY in the office regardless of volume is getting much lower rates than that. Call the office if you don't believe me.
Just Export the two items onto your desktop, then email them to yourself. You will find the import/export functions in the File menu in outlook and IE.
I had an internal modem through Pac Bell which they no longer distribute. It made sharing the internet connection troublesome, so I called Pac Bell a few months ago and they sent me a new free modem. Might be worth trying...
I had almost this same problem when I got my new computer. I think it had to do with loading the DualHead software. I either ended up turning off the DualHead option, or deleted the software and now it all works.
The first was a style of trading IPO's in 1999 which worked very well for a while, but obviously that stopped. The second was a style of scalping which worked from mid 2000 to early 2001 when the market was decimalized.
I agree. In the 5 years I have traded, I have found 3 REAL consistent edges. The first two each lasted about a year, and I'm still trading the third. They are few and far between. Dealing with the emotions of trading comes with time, but after a couple years they shouldn't be much of a problem.
The pics show up fine once you maximize the picture. For this style of trading most people will tell you to set a stop loss % and a trailing stop % for winners to remove any emotional factor.
Sounds like good news if that is how blocks will be traded once NQLX is in place. Actually the way they describe it sounds like how most outside blocks are printed right now.
