Something Ive never quite figured out but need to figure out as Im trying to configure some limit order hotkeys for trading pre-post market. What is the difference between fill outside rth vs allow pre-open? Doesn't "fill outside rth" also include the pre-market? The premarket is outside...

3. Im not sure how you expect one button to have multiple functions. How is it supposed to known what you want to do? The solution is to use a modifier with the hotkey. If the hotkey is "1" for instance have your two functions mapped to 1 and ctrl+1 or shift+1...whatever.

No matter what I type I can't seem to get the results to show me crude oil futures. And I have the search options for futures and commodities turned on? Is anyone able to lookup wti crude oil futures on mobile? (CL)

It obviously varies from user to user and how they use/push the software. But there are a great many issues with the software. From minor glitches/issues to sketchy bug filled builds that are seemingly released without any testing and kill the performance.

You guys have horrible customer support that can't or refuses to answer simple questions. I've emailed you directly and had no reply.

Because not everyone likes having their charting and execution platforms being separate. Having to switch tickers twice between two different softwares in a fast moving market is annoying and can cause delays

IB's chart loading/pacing is a joke. We're all experiencing the "attempting to retrieve data" issue currently.

The vertical scroll bar on charts is fat/skewed compared to how it is in previous builds. The new fundamentals explorer while prettier is less efficient at quickly processing information. Charts still load slower and (or not at all) compared to the stable build.

The beta seems to have gotten back on the rails performance wise. Still some UI Glitches. But it's functional unlike the LATEST build last I tried it

The latest version of tws had an update and I still have performance issues. The platform is just chugging. I want the download of the version before all this mess started
