I'm looking to develop systems on my own. Trading Recipes will allow me to test my ideas with multiple markets and different money management scenarios.

Maybe I'm too naive in assuming that people will recognize value when they see it. Even if it's from the "free thinkers."

Exiting MOC is probably the most logical way to go.

A rating system is a great idea. If I had a site, I would personally reward the top 10%-20% contributors (based on rankings) by offering a profit sharing program from the ad revenues. Offensive posters who don't contribute anything of value will receive low scores and will risk having...

One thing that I'm also curious about is the actual exit of a position. I understand where to place the stop losses, but as far as taking profits, is it pretty much discretionary? Or do you just exit MOC?

I stand corrected! :) As I mentioned before, I merely skimmed the book to obtain the gist of it. How do you like using his methods so far? Have you been successful lately? Do you trade multiple markets or just one? How are the drawdowns?

Any reason why you haven't incorporated his strategy into your trading plan?

In the book, students of Fisher's methodology primarily focused on one market.

I don't recall Fisher writing anything about narrow Pivot Ranges. My impression was that you always initiate a trade once an A UP/A Down is made and stays in that range for at least half of the time frame that you're using. I do remember him mentioning something about "Rubber Band Trades"...
