This is a noob question. Every wednsday there is a crude inventory report at 10:30 ET. Usually has a 1 dollar+ candle on a 5 min bar chart either direction. Any noobs out there beware, do not fade those candles, very bad risk reward, save it for another trade. I bought 20lots at 68.64...

Saw that one coming, lucky you didn't lose a lot more on that one. You need to wait, wait, wait, and oh....wait. Get the perfect set-up then trade. Too aggressive is my downfall, you don't need to make a trade. Market is open like 24/7 now. Be super selective. Just my 2 cents.

LCC is a bad trade. I owned UAUA at 3.80 sold it at 5.20 and we're trading 9 bucks. The airlines are still undervalued even at these levels, if you don't get your correction to 4.5 or 4 I would dump them, unless you are that confident

That sounds like a doodie ball strategy. I think you will fail miserably, you are under capitalized if you're making those kinds of bets with 1k on a 35k account. What happens when the market doesn;t move, and every option you own goes to shit? I'll check back in 6 months and see if you're still...

That's why the smart bears waited for todays pullback to short. Sold a bunch of Sep 165-180 call spreads. Selling QQQQ callspreads by the end of the week. See how this one works out cramer.

Lookin at takin these in here right aound here at 5.00 I want to hold on to them longer, but I got the pop I was looking for, up 35k+ in just about a week, so I might take them in. Any opinions on covering this trade?

I tend to do that all the time in the bondos. It just makes it look sooooo goooood...then OH, blew my wad. Always end up bailing on highs and lows in the bondos.

I sold that where you puked. Sold some 118'9s and 10s this morn, got kinda lucky on that, turned out to be a nice winner. Was taking a lot of heat on the way up, then sold a little bulk up there.
