I disagree- while basic HTML is simple, designing something good enough to gain credibility and trust of potential customers is very difficult. It takes creativity and a professional eye for design. I'd strongly recommend he hire someone to do it.

I think that you are dead wrong here. For a bunch of chat-room traders that need a guru and are barely profitable (if at all profitable), these people take themselves way too seriously. Not to mention that it would be certainly irritating if some woman would always talk about her profits...
