Specifically, why are financials and REITs surging on the homebuilder index, while mortgage foreclosures are soaring and the moratoriums are ending?
Which humans are accounting for these surges? Moms and pops? Average people? I find it hard to believe that at this point the major market...
This is exactly what is going on. But the problem is, I believe it, but at the same time I am sedated for fear of being called a ridiculous conspiracy theorist.
What is the problem with America? The facts are on the paper. Admire human nature at work, as we glorify the bankers on a pedestal...
Is it feasible that this whole rally is simply an opportunity for the big guys to get out?
Why are news hubs no longer publishing on the banks' insolvency issues?
This feels so Orwellian. Am I being taken in? Am I a fool for shooting glances at FAS/FAZ, or am I just human?

I've always wondered about that. Our economy right now is running purely on deus ex machina; I see the future holding diminishing capacity to produce the stories that tie an MBA or MD to the upper-class wealth. An ever increasing portion of these professionals will earn less for their services...
Lol, well isn't this post looking more and more intriguing now. Figure the market has already priced in soon to be "record" profits from other top tier banks? Or is there some hyped run-up left to bank on before shorting?
Hey I hear you man--I stayed in overnight ZLC. Dropped to almost 4$ this morning, covered. Good short. CZZ has potential to do the same thing; VERY SIMILAR pattern.
I agree with you, no doubting that. Sun s a bit of a different beast, than say XM, though. Anyways, we'll see where it goes. I would never long this stock, but I think a good entry & exit are very possible with the talks on fringe.
I think thats too pessimistic an assessment. Sun has enough liquid cash to pay off all of its debt and still have 1 bln in the bank. True, it is still overvalued with a book price of $4.73, but I don't see them going to the pink sheets anytime soon. I don't think they can continue to stand alone...
Hey man I feel you on that--pretty risk averse myself, but I'm simply not working with enough capital to produce profitable trades off a few pennies, I'd get destroyed by commission.
