Just as I felt NQ trading up to 18500 was inevitable, I now feel that with the failed breakout above that level, it is now inevitable that NQ trades all that way back down to the 17350-70 range. Below that I feel there is nothing to stop it from going all the way back to those October lows.

Both came into prime buying territory in my opinion. I have a buy limit NQ at 18502. I'll may catch lightning in a bottle or lose a quick $600. Or I may have missed the low of day.

I'm feeling we see ES around 5371.50 before we get a rally attempt. That was the high of the 5/31 outside up day that kicked off the leg that just ended in July. The NQ has already fallen below its 5/31 high. The 5/31 low for NQ was 18502. I feel ES around 5375 and NQ 18500 would be nice...

Someone posted here that they don't pay attention to the price of previous daily bars. I find the daily chart to be the best chart to keep me right sided most of the time on the intraday charts. Not criticizing the other forum member. Just making a mention that what works for one might not...

5333.50 should see a scrum. The highs of July 25 and July 29 and the turnaround trading range. I wonder if a trap door opens below there? Or will it be a trampoline?

If we do get it, I don't want to give the impression that I somehow called for it. I'm doing small scalps for small profits. Traded both long and short. I'm just not built for holding for the bigger legs.

I'd appreciate a minimally annotated chart pointing to what you are referring to as a "look back pivot." I don't mean to cause you any trouble so no problem if it isn't something you want to do.

Wouldn't it be something if today becomes an outside down day to yesterday's FOMO pedal to the metal rally?
