I agree that fed actions are a huge part of the reason we didn't tank on those employment numbers. I think the fact that we did not tank suggests that, for Friday at least, the market figured ~ "Well that is as bad as it will get" - or - "Things can only get better from here on out"...

Uptick rule for shorting without a down tick rule for buying is at least as dumb as having a "lock limit down" without a "lock limit up" rule. Glad they did away with it - good riddance! Too bad they don't fix the lock limit rule.

I dunno - I shorted BSC @ $30.14 just before close Friday and still cannot believe it'll open at $2.00 tomorrow - - I was only looking to cover at the opening gap for maybe .50 or so - lmao. At the moment, I look forward to Monday.
