    M&A talks are typically considered bullish. I don't believe we have a trend change just yet, just a counter trend rally as mentioned by another poster here.

    I'm in the bullish camp all the way to 90-92, then I reevaluate. Chart below shows why. Second shoulder should fall somewhere around 70 (May get retested after the open), and I believe the neckline is 75.
