Baby Boomers were born between 1946 and 1964 which (obviously) means the youngest have not yet turned 40 while the older boomers are several years away from 60. Further, there are over 75 MILLION Baby Boomers.................i.e. the demise of this generation is not exactly right around the corner.

What do you mean "TN doesn't recognize S corps."? An "S Corporation" is a =federal= (not state) matter. All that's required is (a) the criteria be met and (b) the corp elects "S" status (as in Subchapter S of the IRC).
