Beyond the scope of trading, I know $WMT pretty well. McMillon is an experienced and very bright chap, a breath of fresh air for the Company. My take is, $WMT may not eat $AMZN's lunch, but McMillon will definitely keep them up at night. Don't be ashamed, there's a reason why $WMT has dominated...

I ask because the NDX and SPX have diverged in the smaller timeframes, perhaps a share shift. I think the Bulls have shifted over to the NDX, therefore I'm not using it as a compass for the overall market. NDX a false positive.

SPX much more bearish than NDX. Do you primarily trade contracts or equities?

I'm with you. I make money from the what, but the why amazes me. It was reported on CNBs yesterday that the top search term on Google was "how to buy stock". So I make money from the what, amazed by the why and amused by the how.

So many people wondering why the markets are getting hammmered today. I guess it will never cease to amaze me
