Starting a prop firm with 4 offices would be like learning to trade with 20 contracts per trade,bad business practise, period.

If you trade with a Laptop and the hotels had broadband it would be okay.If you trade with 4 monitors it would be difficult.

STC is definitely the best material by along way.I would buy the CD'S as well as the Manuals,it will give practise at answering the questions on your PC like the real test.

I would check out Ebay on a regular bases,you will find it for sale on there.You will have to be quick because Tradestation tell Ebay to delete the adverts so it will only be on there website for a few days and then it will be removed.

I use IB with Tradestation2000i and Metaserver and all I have to pay is $10.00 a month for my Futures Data but this fee is refunded when you do over $30.00 a month in commissions so it works out that it costs you nothing for your real time data per month.Metaserver only costs $99.00.

I have no problem downloading ES&NQ Data from GlobalServer into TS2000i but I cant download the YM Data,is the YM Data available for download.

Reactor,I recommend you open an account with Finspreads and start trading with 1 pence a point to cap your losses.The spreads and price manipulation will kill you if you are daytrading compared to direct access trading but a lot of people in the UK start out this way.

How did you manage to get into an Optionetics seminar free,they are normally about $4000.00

I am thinking about subscribing to Tradestations Real Time Data Service,is it a reliable service and is it worth the $199.00 a month. Or is it over rated?
