Why 90% of traders burn out?

Can only speak about my self. No idea of working setups, miserable risk - management. My account got hammered one time. That was pain. About 8 Years ago. Today, I'm humble and follow strict my rules. One of them is to honor my stops. I'm very patient to wait /find reliable setups. No more...

    tastyworks announces fee structure

I'm still with TDA. Even they lower my fees, I still pay a lot. But I'm neither an American Citizen nor an American resident. So my options to choose another broker is limited. I mainly trade ES and CL. Rarely options or shares.

Frequent small profits, rare large losses...

Nothing wrong with bracket orders as long you know how it works and how to implement into your personally trading style. I do that a lot, before I go to sleep. Scalping while I sleep. Love it.

Frequent small profits, rare large losses...

Hello. This topic touched me, because I was in the same dilemma. In the meanwhile in able to make profits consistently. Mostly I do scalp e-mini for 1-2 handles. My risk is never greater than 1/1.5. Win ratio is about 85-90%. I only master very few setups. I learned to be patient till these...

Confusion about ATH E-Mini at Thinkorswim

I got it. Some see the ATH at 2119.5. And this is the all time high. Others believe the ath is at 2184.25 (2185 today globex). That's on the current contract. Now we could argue, which is the real all time high. Some people use continuous charts, other only from the active contract.

Confusion about ATH E-Mini at Thinkorswim

With ATH i meant All time high. With cash market i meant the regular trading hours. Not Globex. So, my all time high on e-mini is at 2191.50. But i know, other users with other platforms argue, the all time high is at 2184.25.

Confusion about ATH E-Mini at Thinkorswim

Hi Thinkorswim shows me the ATH at 2191.50 (cash market). Other brokers shows the ATH at 2184.25. I wonder why this difference. I use as symbol /ES. Same result when "Adjust for contract changes" is enabled. May be other TOS users could confirm my observation.
