Thanks Max. I looked at the tick data on Kinetick and I can see a couple of prints at the low. The thing that confused me is that Tradestation doesnt seem to have the same lows, even now.

I assume the language used, the implementation behind the interface and the lack of co-location all contribute to the lag.

Thanks kmiklas. This is more along the lines of what I was looking for. I'm looking to do HFT trading. Depends on what you mean by HS - I'd be looking for quick scalps probably not less than 10-15 seconds though.

Thanks xandman. Firstly, I have used Kinetick before although don't know how reliable the data feed is compared to say Esignal. The second thing I am concerned about is the reliability and especially the speed of the Ninjatrader equities trade execution data transfer into TWS.

OK Let me clarify ..... the reason for my question is that Ninjatrader is primarily used to trade futures so I was wondering if there could be any problems using it as a front end to IB to trade equities.
