Anyone have an opinion on where the FEB 1220/1215 might fill ? I can't seem to figure it out .... midpoint is a pipe-dream.

I'm trying for .60 on the FEB 1220/1210 .... no fill yet. Probably will need to shave off .05 to get filled.

Be careful when you're looking at your Order Status as it might show .10 / .50 but in fact it's really (negative) .10 / .50 .... you'll only see it if you attempt to modify the trade and see the NBBO on the trade setup screen (OptionsXpress).

Mr. Doyle, With the straddle @ 17 right now you'd want to look at selling the 1250 right ? Looks like it might be worth about 15 cents right now ... maybe more later today if we keep dropping.

After the Put spread is opened, would you then be inclined to take a small Bull Call Spread position on the next runup ? :

Coming back into the 1260 range would probably permit the selling of the FEB 1165/1170 Puts for decent premium (I hope). :p

I'm showing the NBBO as - .20 to 1.10 ... seems like a good fill.

Coach, How much of a pullback would make you want to move on your FEB PUT Spreads ? What would you target on a pullback of 10 points or so ...?

I did notice that test of 1275 and I wonder how many times you want to see that tested before you might want to take advantage of far OTM Calls. Using the double-straddle rule of thumb we'd be looking at the 1345/1355 for what ... 20 cents right now ?

Coach, Assuming a pullback you mentioned you would be looking at FEB puts. (I'm targeting the FEB 1165/1155 for .50 or more if possible). When would you consider FEB Calls if at all ?

Coach, This 20 point run-up looks like a head fake to me. Think we will be testing the 1275 range tommorrow ?

I like the JAN Calls above our mid December peak. I'll currently planning on closing my 1320/1330 JANS and moving down to the 1290/1300 SK .... you weren't planning on doing any trades this year right ? Something you were promising the wife ? :
